What is a Return Authorization (RA)?

When you have submitted service claim either on-line or by phone with our Customer Service department, it will be reviewed and once approved, a Return Authorization will be sent to you within 24-hours providing directions on how to send your product for service.
Any shipments received by our Service Center without a Return Authorization shipping label as provided by our Customer Service will be sent back unopened.
