To file a claim, please call YES at 1-888-937-6368 or 1-786-276-0553 between the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Monday to Friday; 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., Saturday; and 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., Sunday, Eastern Standard Time (EST) for instructions on obtaining repair, replacement of or reimbursement for your Product.

Please have Plan Folio and sales receipt handy and be prepared to tell us which product needs service and the nature of the problem. There is no deductible required to obtain service on your product.  Foreign language assistance is available for your convenience.
