Y.E.S. is administered by AMT Warranty Corporation, a third-party administrator for extended service plans.  AMT Warranty is a subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a leading multi-national property and casualty insurer founded in 1998, headquartered in New York City and publicly traded on the NASDAQ Global Market.

The plans are underwritten by Technology Insurance Company in Florida and Wesco Insurance Company in the remainder of the U.S.; both insurance carriers are owned by AmTrust and rated A (Excellent) by A.M. Best Company.
